New technology is coming to the rescue with some innovative light fixtures that simulate the color of the light outside at any time of the day.

Paint or tile the light wells to lower level living spaces a light color and place a color tuned LED flood that will glow warm at night and bright and blue-white in the morning so a feeling of life can creep in around the curtains in those lower ground bedrooms.
