Conceptual Design

LEAX have 25 years of experience in lighting design. Our projects range from traditional to the very latest cutting edge designs using both off the shelf and bespoke fixtures from small projects to projects that require many tons of custom material. Our designs blend art with technology to provide the best possible quality of light with the lowest possible energy use.

Construction Documentation

Based on meetings and discussions, we work with the design teams to develop the conceptual design into a final design package with dimensioned drawings, detail illustrations, final luminaire specifications, load summaries, lighting control panel schedules, final budgets and other technical information to ensure that any regulation and technical requirements are met including COMchecks for planning approvals. Notes and detailed drawings are developed for any custom lighting elements. The client and design team and General Contractor are then presented with a package for construction.

Focus and programming

We are always hands on...only then can we be sure our design has been correctly implemented. Lamp CRI selection, focusing and filter/diffuser selection and installation are all necessary to get the desired final result. With modern LED lighting programming can include selecting the right color of white for the time of day for circadian rhythm plus focusing.

Scene Programming

As lighting specialists, we recognize that scene programming is an integral part of the lighting system. We strive to provide a simple yet functional user experience. Our systems are flexible, giving us the ability to tailor each button to the client’s specifications. Whether creating a comfortable visual atmosphere for your entire house, or lighting the path to grab a midnight snack, we’ll help light the way with a custom, easy to use, visually appealing, and straight-forward system.

If you have a legacy Litetouch system that is unreliable, call us. We can replace it in a few days, without any new wiring and provide you with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty on parts.
